Independent social bookmarking

Hello,
is it possible to configure Kigg, so it can be used as an independent social bookmarking system?

Requirements:
  • Local logins (or Windows domain authetication)
  • Every submitted post is immediately shown on a public page
  • No admin. approvement of new post needed
  • No publishing to Delicious etc. needed
The goal is to keep common bookmarks for a (private) group of people in one place.

Thanks in advance!

PS: If Kigg is not the right choice, I'd appreciate links to other (free) software...

Sorry, no it is for social news not for social bookmarking, but since they both has some common similarities you can tweak it according to your need.
