where do i change the connection string ? in web.config file?? since it is read only file how can i do that??

Remove the write protection (read only attribute) and update the file.
You'll find connectionStrings element where you can add your connection:
<connectionStrings>
        <clear/>
        <add
            name="KiGGDatabase"
            connectionString="Data Source=.\SQLEXPRESS;Database=kigg;Integrated Security=True;MultipleActiveResultSets=true"
            providerName="System.Data.SqlClient"
        />
</connectionStrings>

I am trying to signup on Recaptcha.net and get API keys to run on my local host of my computer. But, Recaptha.net asks for the domain name to register. Any clue please?
